Iced Coffee
In a large glass,pour on ice 20cl of iced coffee. Add sugar syrup and, possibly,milk.

Coffee "liégeois"
Put a few minutes in the mixor 15cl of iced coffee with a ball of ice cream coffee. Pour in a glass, surmount by whipped cream and strew with chocolate spangles.

Irish Coffee
-4 coffee spoon of sugar
-4 glass of Irish whisky
-about 60cl of hot black coffee
-about 15cl of liquid cream and iced
a)Pour a coffee spoon with sugar and a glass of whisky in each glasses. Add coffee until 2.5 cm from the edge.
b)Hold a spoon close to the surface and pour the cream slowly over so that it floats on the surface.

For 4 persons
Preparation :5 minutes

Coffee cake

-125g of flour
-3g of brewers' yeast
-125g of softened butter
-125g of caster sugar
-2 of beaten eggs
-1 spoon with instant coffee soup mixed in a spoon soup with hot water
-coffee butter
-sweeten with iced sugar
a)Butter and line with paper 2 in 18 cm diameter moulds.
b)Mix the flour and yeast.
c)Add eggs gradually while beating carefully. Incorporate the coffee. Add the rest of the flour and mix carefully.
d)Distribute the paste between the 2 moulds and cook about 25 minutes in the preheated furnace at 170c°. Withdraw from the furnace and wait one minute before unmoulding the cakes on the grid. Withdraw the paper and let cool.
e)Equalize the top of the first cake then spread out the coffee butter and cover with the second cake. Powder with sugar.

Preparation : 15 minutes + cooling time
Cooking : 20 à 25 minutes
