Iced Coffee
In a large glass,pour on ice 20cl of iced coffee. Add sugar syrup and,
possibly,milk.
Coffee "liégeois"
Put a few minutes in the mixor 15cl of iced coffee with a ball of ice
cream coffee. Pour in a glass, surmount by whipped cream and strew
with chocolate spangles.
Irish Coffee
-4 coffee spoon of sugar
-4 glass of Irish whisky
-about 60cl of hot black coffee
-about 15cl of liquid cream and iced
a)Pour a coffee spoon with sugar and a glass of whisky in each glasses. Add coffee
until 2.5 cm from the edge.
b)Hold a spoon close to the surface and pour the cream slowly over so that it
floats on the surface.
