Orange Tea
-60cl of a strong tea (India)
-170g of caster sugar
-lemon juice
-30cl of orange juice coldly pressed
-Ice
-70g of cut strawberries
-1/2 sliced lemon
-1/2 sliced orange
-Mint bits, to decorate
a)In a jug, mix the tea and the sugar. Wait until this one is dissolved. Add
the orange and the lemon juices. Cover and put in the fridge.
b)Pour in a cup of Punch. Add the ice and the cut fruits. Decorate with mint
and serve.
For 4 persons
Préparation : 10 minutes
Drink with anise and cinnamon
-1 soup spoon of anise beans
-1 tea spoon of powder cinnamon
-90cl of water
-sugar, according to your taste
-crushed almonds and nuts, to decorate
a)Put the anise beans and cinnamon in a pan with water. Carry to boiling and
let boil 3 min.
b)Pour in the cup, sweeten according to your taste. Decorate with almonds and
nuts, and serve without waiting.
For 4 persons
Préparation : 10 minutes.

Lemon sorbet Tea
-75cl of a strong tea (India), hot
-1 mint bouquet, crushed leaf
-12 balls of lemon sorbet
-6 mint bits, to decorate
a)Scent the tea with the mint leaf. Infuse 30 min. Pass and cool it.
b)To serve, put 2 balls of sorbet in 6 large glasses. Pour the mint tea there
and decorate with mint bits.
For 6 persons
Préparation : 5 minutes + infusion time
